Fantastic multi-unit apartment building with amazingly large living rooms.  The units have been rehabbed to maintain the original feel of a vintage apartment yet boasts modern amenities such as updated bathrooms and kitchens.  Each apartment has a larger-than-life picture window that leads into one of the most spacious, light-filled living rooms you will find.  Most of the apartments feature refinished original hardwood floors, carpeted bedrooms and tile in the kitchen and bathroom.  The property is gated and has an intercom entry system for the tenant’s security.   The building is cleaned on a daily basis by the janitor and maintenance is tended to by our talented staff who will handle things quickly and efficiently.  We offer our tenants an after-hours maintenance hotline for emergency requests that cannot wait until the next morning.

There are several conveniences located within walking distance of the building.  The Chicago Youth Center at 76th & Phillips is only one block away and offers a variety of activities as well as after-school programs.  There is a newly constructed Mobil Gas Station at 76th & Exchange that has a small convenience store and shares the space with Boost Mobile.  At the end of the block, the 75th Bus Line has a stop at 75th & Essex.  Tenants can catch the Metra (running both North and South) at Windsor Park which is just three blocks walking distance from the building.

Appliances and heat are included in the price of the rent.  The tenant is responsible for their own cooking gas and electric.  There is no security deposit, just a one-time move in fee of $250.00.  Our pet policy is a maximum of two cats only, no dogs.
